If you're an international company that wants to hire in Turkey, you have three practical routes. Here's how they differ — and where a local recruiting-and-systems partner fits in.
Talk to us →Employer of Record (EOR). An EOR becomes the legal employer of your Turkish hires and runs payroll and compliance, so you can hire without opening a company. It's fast, but it's a payroll-and-legal layer only — it does not find the right people or set up how your team actually works.
Your own entity. Opening a Turkish company gives you full control and is usually right once the team is sizeable — but it takes time and local know-how, and you still have to recruit and build the HR foundation yourself.
A local recruiting-and-systems partner. This is where Atelier Ethos fits. We find and assess the right people — from your first executive to a full team — and install the HR system that keeps them working. We work with or without your own entity, and alongside your EOR for the legal-employer side.
An EOR or an entity solves who signs the contract. It doesn't solve the hard parts: sourcing and assessing the right people in a market you don't know, onboarding them well, and setting up performance and pay so the team holds together. Getting the people right is a separate capability from getting the employment right — and it's the one that determines whether your Turkey team succeeds.
We are not a payroll processor or an EOR. We're the layer that finds your people and builds the system behind them — in English, with local market knowledge, across US and European hours. Most companies come to us for one executive and stay for the team.
